Example Of Learning Agreement For Traineeships

The learning agreement should include all the learning outcomes that the student needs to acquire during the exchange. The first part of the TA (“before mobility”) must be completed and signed before the internship. All information up to the paragraph “during mobility” is available. Part `during mobility` must show all your changes in the internship period, of which you will inform your host organisation and your sending institution. For example, fill it out if your tasks change. The “after mobility” part must be completed at the end of your mobility. Basically, the same as in the previous parts, but the only difference is the evaluation of your progress by your supervisor. This part is like an assumption that you have successfully completed your internship. The agreement must first be signed by the intern (you), the host company (place of your internship) and then by the sending institution (university). Count on the fact that documentation and collecting signatures can take some time and nerves, so it is advisable to start as soon as possible.

As regards the mobility of students to traineeships, the apprenticeship agreement should define how the traineeship is recognised, depending on whether it is taken into account in the student`s diploma, whether it is carried out on a voluntary basis (not mandatory for the diploma) or whether it is carried out by a new graduate. For more information, see the following guidelines. Your internship supervisor completes this part • Do you receive financial aid? • Assurance The objective of the learning agreement is to enable transparent and effective preparation of exchanges to ensure that the student is recognised for successful activities abroad. This area is responsible for data protection rules, insurance and liability. You should complete this part with your university. It contains all the necessary information for your university: • How many ECTS you will collect • What document you need to specify for reports • Insurance This part you complete with your internship and defines all the conditions of your relationships at all stages of the internship. • Training time and working time • Agreed tasks and detailed training programme • Learning outcomes (such as the skills and competences you have after your mobility) • Training time and timetables • Objectives and recognition • Monitoring and evaluation plan If you are interested in an internship abroad, do not hesitate to take a look at our offers, create an account on trainingexperience.org and start applying for your favorites…
